2024 Income Tax Return, Bank Statements, and Supporting Documents *

Please upload the first two pages of your 2024 Federal Income Tax Return if you filed a tax return this past year. If you are claimed as a dependent on a parent or guardian's tax return, please upload the first two pages of their tax return. You may also upload any supporting documents, such as the NACAC application fee waiver form.

International students who may not have access to income tax returns may upload bank statements, recent paystubs, or other supporting documents that will help us understand your financial situation.
